Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman has been a gymnast from the US for over ten years. She was a member, and captain, of the US Olympic Women's Gymnastics Team Fierce Five (2012) and Final Five (2016). In the 2012 Olympics she won gold on both the team floor and the individual competitions. Bronze was taken through the balance bar. It made her the Olympic gymnast with the highest number of medals. At the 2016, Olympics she took home gold for the team event, which brought her along with her teammate Gabby Douglas the credit of being one of the very first Americans to earn back-to-back gold medals for the team. Additionally, she won silver medals for the individual all-around event as well as for the floor. Three years had passed since she last competed in competition gymnastics. In addition she was part of two gold medal-winning American team in gymnastics. Gymnastics was her first sport since age two, and her most loved event is Floor Exercise. Aly has a strong support for her favorite charity, the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization to honor her mother who was diagnosed with cancer and passed away. Aly hopes to achieve the opportunity to have a career that is successful as a fashion designer. Her signature leotards along with socks and other garments are expected to be enlarged in the future. Fierce will be published in the summer of this year.
